What a night. On the 9th of November 2024, over 200 members of the FGC Okigwe 2001 Set gathered in Abuja for our biennial reunion dinner — and the generosity on display was extraordinary.
By the end of the evening, we had raised and pledged a combined ₦8,500,000 toward the school renovation project. This single event represents nearly half of our total fundraising to date and puts us firmly on track to reach our ₦50 million target.
The night featured a live auction, a video montage of the school as it stands today vs. as we remember it, and heartfelt speeches from current students who reminded us why we are doing this.
